For Legendary Alliance Can you make it so we can choose individual skills to start with?

Most people, me included, don't like the fact that we need to manage the skill UI instead of playing. There is no reward in the flipover, it's just a detriment and removes fun and makes the class overcomplicated. With no payoff. It's like getting punished for using a skill. And I also have double cooldowns. 

F2 has the "added benefit" of flipping your skill, but it's also used to gain endurance, soooo... If I need endurance now my skills are flipped and I need to check the UI to see my current loadout, instead of checking what's happening in the fight. 

I'm sure they'll be stubborn and keep the flipover. Fine. But at least it needs to be rewarding and the management has to be SIMPLE and separated from endurance generation.
