snh.7091 Posted November 27, 2021 Share Posted November 27, 2021 Whenever I want to submit a ticket and it asks me to log in to submit the page redirects me to my account page, i.e., I cannot submit a ticket the normal way, only anonymously. I suppose you have already made an anonymously ticket when you wrote this post? If so don't make another ticket about the same issue and use the email you should have recieved with your ticket in your inbox. You should have one copy of your own ticket in inbox the very moment you have subitted a ticket so you can track it and follow up on it. Make sure your email from CS will go into your regular inbox and not into any spam folder and give CS some time to respond before making any other threads about the same issue.
