Dragonstorm Story Instance not showing up in Eye of the North

Can't seem to find the story instance for Dragonstorm in Eye of the North. When I teleport to any other zone, both Champion's End and Dragonstorm show up on the map, but when I instance into EotN the Dragonstorm one disappears.

More info: For some reason, if you talk to the NPC while the Dragonstorm event is up, you can start the story mission, you can't start dialogue with him if the event mission is not up.

I really hope they fix that, but thanks for letting us know.  I have been racking my brain for the last half hour trying to get into this story step to replay it.

They also might want to move the Champion's End marker away from the pilot as it is nearly on top of him and makes it hard to interact with him.
