dx11: can't release cursor to 2nd monitor

Game doesn't release cursor to the 2nd monitor when alt-tabbing, pressing the windows key, or pretty much doing anything else. Game also doesn't minimize when alt-tabbing and steals focus back after windows+m or windows+d. This is VERY ANNOYING and is most likely a side effect of forced windowed fullscreen mode, as a result it makes me unable to move the mouse to my 2nd monitor at all, unless I use the "minimize" button from the esc-menu, which again is very annoying because esc has other contextual actions.

 

Please fix.
