Bloodstone-Charged Lava Wurm Chest Wont Spawn

For a week or more I have been killing this wurm to get the element of wurm to drop for the sprouting druid stone collection. A week later the chest nor the item will spawn. I have checked all inventories and searched high an low, its not shown as my collection. I have switched maps, characters, etc. The past 2 days have had at least 24 hours between each attempt along full logouts etc. Still nothing. No chest, no looting it, no auto appearing, no dialog achievement chest, nothing on vendors, zip, nada, etc.

Please fix this.
