Caledon Forest: Quaggan Pipe Organ broken?

Before the release of PoF, everytime I did map completion I would stop by that underwater pipe organ and do the little puzzle (i.e., play the GW theme) to open the nearby chell (which contains loot). I think implementing this into the game was an adorable idea.

However, since PoF, I can no longer open the loot sea shell by playing the correct melody. Just nothing happens.

Could you please look into it? :)
