To kill a god bug please help

Hi me and friend have done this story mission to kill a god 3 times now and every time after killing balthazar we get to the cut scene after defeating him it plays for about 15 seconds then kicks us out back to vehtendi arena on domain of vabbi map and we are having to repeat this story so many times have tried to report the bug but unfortunately not giving us the option to report

You can read through (it's quite long) the thread, 'Storyline Disconnects - Merged' for tips/workarounds.  Some work for some players, other ones work for different players.

Was finally able to complete the story after crashing 3 times.

Turned down graphics to lowest. Turned down audio to fastest.

Spammed movement keys (wasd) at end and waited for the end to load (checking in with friends).
