Lost items for legendary

Your best try is to contact customer support and give as detailed a description as possible of exactly what you are missing.


In case you are still working on the collection, make sure the items are not re-obtainable, some can be purchased at Glenna.


In case you destroyed the precursor after finishing the entire collection, make sure to inform customer support of the fact that you did in fact finish the collection and the precursor ring can not be found on your account, use gw2efficiency if need be to search your entire account.


Again, be as detailed as possible. It helps when a CS representative checks things. Don't expect them to go through your account and try to make sense of what is missing. That is YOUR job when telling them what you want exactly restored.
