Yeah, that does seem odd to me. It makes me wonder, perhaps the blade is lost or stolen? Maybe that’s one way her detective skills come into play. She has to recover Belinda’s blade. That could be an interesting mystery.

I suppose it’s possible Belinda decides to pass on to the mists finally, and Marjory retires the blade in her honor.
