Astralporing.1957
Maps don't get "refreshed". What you are actually asking is when the bugged instance will close. And there are few cases how this can happen: the first one is when all players leave the map instance - in that case the map gets closed as soon as the last player leaves. second happens if the population of this specific map instance goes down very fast, and there are other instances of that area map in existence - in that case a countdown starts, giving players an offer to change maps, and after that counter gets to zero, the map will close. last case is actually a specific subcase of the first one - if there's a patch, map instances for players that already downloaded it and those that are still playing on unpatched version are kept separate. As such, eventually all players will leave the "unpatched" instance and it will close. If what you're after is trying to find a new map instance to avoid a bugged event, the best option is to either try just after a patch (but that can take a while - it's not sure if there will be any intermediate patch before the 28th Feb EoD release). Another is to wait for something that will cause a large number of players to arrive there, because this might generate some new map instances. This usually happens either when a big metaevent/world boss event starts on a map (but not all maps have such a metaevent/boss event), or when the map ends up in daily (but, again, it can take a while before this happens).

Raizel.1839
Wait for EoD patch (28th Feb), it will reset maps, then try to play the map you need as soon as patch drops. That's your best bet. Edited February 16, 2022 by Raizel.1839 1
