Confusion about Alac Uptime (Alac-Willbender Testing)

Hello there,

I was just looking for a way to get to 100% alac uptime as a Willbender and I received some confusing results. Maybe someone knows what's going there and can explain that to me:

For those tests I ran full Diviner's Gear without any runes or sigills. My build looked like this:

Willbenders Grand Master Trait changes resolve's effect and offers a way to apply alacrity when triggered. Flowing Resolve applies an 8 sec boon/buff that grants a chance to trigger resolve's effect when consecutively attacking an enemy. So with quickness applied on the willbender there should be a better/higher alac uptime since there will be more attacks during that Flowing Resolve Window.

As you can see in the following clip, I easily reach 100% alac uptime without quickness:

With perma quickness applied though, alacrity runs out pretty fast before I can even cast another Flowing Resolve. Clip:

Does anyone have an idea why alac runs out faster/won't be applied as often as without quickness?
