Refraction cutter/core weapons

So Revenant can get their offhand sword reworked. With new animations, Skill update, and a complete change to how the weapon works. But engi is still stuck with a bunch of awfull skills like Sword 2. It needs to be able to cleave the target. Like almost all other skill 2, on pretty much any other weapon . Why is it still only 130 range?

And still no changes to core weapons? (sigh)
