  1. It's absolutely ruining the Mechanist speccs for me ( I play Heal/condi mech). Having the radius being only 360 is VERY punishing imo. And it doeasn't feel fair to have such a restriction, especially when it's nigh impossible to keep track of your mechs whereabouts when there are just a couple of ppl around you, let alone 50+ doing Meta events etc. I propose to either remove this unfair restriction or at least increase the radius to 600-900. Ps. I understand the reason for it's initial implementation, but I don't think it's fair to screw over everyone just because of an unintended playstyle.
  2. I have some suggestiona for improving the fluidity of the catalyst specc. I do like the skills (most of them) but some seem too obnoxious imo. 1. Air skill 4: The CC is great and it looks nice but the self knockback of 600 range is super annoying, and disruptive when fighting. Either remove the knockback or just make it like 200 range or something. 2. Air skill 5: The visuals are very underwhelming and it's kinda boring and generic. I would beef up the visuals ALOT maybe a big thunderstrike or something. 3. The energy system for the Jade Spheres. I really like the jade spheres, but I cannot understand why there is an added energy bar attached to a skill when it already has a cooldown. it is so difficult to track, and it doesn't autoregenerate to a base energy amount like Revenant, and it can only regenerate by doing damage. It is super frustrating to start a fight and not be able to put down a sphere. So either remove the energy bar completely, or make it like the Revenant giving you a base amount of energy whenever you leave combat and make it regenerate a set amount of energy in combat, it will make the skill much more reliable to use.
  3. You are dying because no matter which class/build you play. Surviving depends much more on active skill usage( aoe blinds, CC, evading, blocking, dodging, boons and the list goes on.) to survive/mitigate damage than any other MMO out there. You cannot just stand there and "tank" the damage. No one can no matter how tanky they are. My suggestion is maybe trying to look up some info videos about how combat mechanics work in GW2. And maybe look at Metabattle. They have some pretty decent builds for every game mode, and usually explain how the rotation/gameplay works etc. Best of luck with this game, and I really hope that you at some point will come to love the combat as much as I do. Since it is the best in the industry, but yeah the skill ceiling is also the highest. 🙂
  4. Totally agree with this statement. It will make the specc feel so much better and more fluid, to have our Toolbelt accesible when the mech is on CD. And having it Spawn/Despawn on the F5 skill is consistent with the 2 other specs "losing" the F5 skill to make up for getting something else. A-net MAKE THIS HAPPEN, Seriously this is a massive oversight. That you haven't thought about how crucially important the toolbelt is for the engineer. It's like removing attunement swap on Elementalist, to give them something completely different, not gonna work is it.
