[NA] Looking for active guild!

Hello all! Here is a bit about mmeeee! I haven't played GW2 in a very long time and recently came back. What can I say? This game has got me hooked! So much has changed from what I remember and I hope to experience everything this game has to offer. Currently loving the Guardian. Been doing world bosses and completing the map / story quests. Would love to jump into dungeons / raids, even some PvP fun on a bun! I do play some other games and livestream randomly, mostly modding streams, but gw2 is really starting to dominate my game time. My mistake last time I fell off the GW2 horse was not joining a guild / community to keep me going. Solo is fun, but it starts to get old. Old and lonely. lol

So that being said, I am looking to see what guilds are out there! Going to the forums because the in-game lfg system doesn't seem too helpful. Such is life! A community with a strong Discord presence would be a huge plus, as I tend to use Discord a lot. Thanks for reading my post, and I will see you in-game!

I'm Beef, and I'm with the Nerd Herd. We are mostly newer players just getting into PvE content. I'm a wow refugee with several years of raiding over there. I'm super excited about getting a small group together to progress through all 10 man content. We’re called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a small, casual/semi-casual yet social, 18+, PvE, family on Tarnished Coast (though as long as you’re on a NA server, it doesn’t matter too much unless you plan to WvsW heavily). Our peak time tends to be in the mid-late evening EST (GMT -5), though we have a few others from various time zones.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact.
We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well.

We do not demand 100% representation.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone.

We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family.
We are very LGBTQ friendly and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs, gender identity or sexuality. Anyone violating that policy is subject to immediate removal, no questions asked.

We’re willing to help out with any and all questions as best as we can, whether it’s dungeons/Fractals, builds, and other general game questions. All you need to do is ask. We also don’t do the “speed runs”, exploits, etc, nor require anyone to bring a specific class or build for any dungeon run. Bring whatever you want and we’ll have fun regardless.

We also have a Discord, but use of the voice chat is on a purely optional basis.

If you are looking for a guilt on the larger side, check out Remnants of Hope. We play every game mode, a  lot, and in a returning-player-friendly way it sounds like you would really enjoy.

Thank you for everyone who replied to this post! I totally forgot that we can have up to 5 guilds going. I will be sending some messages and getting into some guilds after work today!

I do like the idea of a multigame community. I enjoy making mods for Vintage Story and Minecraft, will be doing the same for Hytale when it comes out, so finding a group of people who branch out to multiple games is very appealing to me. I must say the gw2 community has been really helpful and has made this game really shine.
