Shake it Off used on BsW on a simple strength, non-tactics build. VS Harbinger both times. Cele variants. Harbinger uses shroud and elixir to give me conditions. I press Shake it Off. Charge spent, conditions are the same on my bar with the same duration ticking. What the kitten? Does Dodge cancel Shake it Off cleanse is used mid animation?????
