Will my new PC play guild wars 2?

So I’m getting a new pc and I was wondering if this is able to play gw2 on good graphics and at least 60 fps 

 

system is -

Intel 10th generation core i3 

Process speed 3.7 gigahertz 

Storage type SSD 

RAM 8gb

Nvidida GeForce GT 730M

Cooling system air

my feeling is you'll struggle to get 60 on minimum settings with no other players around... this sounds close to what you have:

 

my recommendation is get geforce now and play on a tv or something...
