Psychotabby.2563 Posted April 1, 2022 Share Posted April 1, 2022 I'm trying to submit a ticket but every time I click on 'submit a ticket', it tells me to login, so I login then click support, then 'submit a ticket' and it tells me to login again. I contacted support yesterday giving details of the loop, so they may have not yet gotten to it. However, I was wondering if the problem was ever resolved for you? That's a cookie issue. Delete all guildwars2.com, arena.net and zendesk related cookies, clear the browser cache, close the browser - then try again.
