Unable to sign in outside of game client

I can't sign in outside of the game client. Game client works fine and I have no issues. But when I attempt to sign in on a browser to manage my accounts or update payment options, I get an error message: Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes. 

 

This is not a problem of invalid credentials since it works on the game client and the error message for invalid credentials is different (The account name or password you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.). 

 

I was only able to post this here because this is the only browser I was already signed in before I started experiencing the issue. This is going on for about a month now.

Although the game and the forum/game account data centers share log-in credentials, they are not the same.
