How to counter necro and dragonhunter

I can't do anything with these two classes. Tell me who you need to play to be useful. Or some advice special against these classes.Please, I need help

For Necro at least put one stun skill on your kit and wait for shroud to pop.Many thing can be said for Gw 2 but balanced is not one of them.What are you playing for example?Best thing for counter them are is Deadeye.

Necro: 

• Dont empty condis onto them if they are using spectral walk.
• Most of necro's stunbreaks have 40 second cooldowns, at most, they will have three of these. Keep tabs on what utility skills they use, and once you have identified all three prioritize cc once the ones that are stunbreaks have been used.
• If they are condi necros, it is possible that their shroud will inflict weakness on you for 5 seconds. gate your damage accordingly.
• Reaper gets a small uptime of stability upon entry into shroud. Wait for that stability to expire before using cc. 
• Lich pulses stability, but if you have two cc skills you can use back to back you can stun them with the second one and force them to drop lich.
• If harbinger, avoid them when they gain a lot of boons. They have a trait set that scales all their damage based on blight and elixir of ambition gives them all the boons in the game and 15 stacks of the aforementioned blight.
• If harbinger, dodge/block:

> the pistol animation that requires they aim at you

> The flip animation

> The animation that looks like this (This feels like hits multiple times. It might float on each damage tick.)

 

Dragonhunter: 

• Dodge at the edge of traps to avoid dragon's maw (if it's being run).
• Dodge true shot. put yourself on the other end of an obstacle. Don't be ashamed of using terrain to frustrate their DPS, they accepted that risk when they chose to do their DPS from range.
• If they have a spear icon on their hotbar, look for avoiding Spear of Justice. every second spear they throw can be used to pull you if it lands. Bad dragonhunters will throw it off cooldown. Good dragonhunters will wait for you to dodge, so try to dodge in a way that gets you behind an object.
• Dragonhunters have a bunch of active sustain if they have normal reaction time. You will need to wait for the following to be on cooldown (to ensure burst):

> Focus 5

> Virtue 3

>  Heal (if shelter)

>  Valorous_Defense

> Renewed Focus (Resets Virtue 3) 

Reserve/stagger your damage until these are all exhausted.

• Уворачивайтесь от ловушек, чтобы не попасть в пасть дракона (если он убегает).
• Уклоняйтесь от верного выстрела. поставить себя на другом конце препятствия. Не стыдитесь использовать ландшафт, чтобы расстроить их DPS, они пошли на этот риск, когда решили наносить свой DPS с расстояния.
• Если у них есть значок копья на панели быстрого доступа, избегайте Копья справедливости. каждое второе копье, которое они бросают, может быть использовано, чтобы притянуть вас, если оно приземлится. Плохие охотники на драконов сбрасывают его перезарядку. Хорошие охотники на драконов будут ждать, пока вы увернетесь, поэтому постарайтесь увернуться так, чтобы оказаться за объектом.
• У охотников на драконов куча активного сустейна, если у них нормальное время реакции. Вам нужно будет дождаться перезарядки следующего (чтобы обеспечить взрыв):

Зарезервируйте/распределите свой урон, пока все они не будут исчерпаны.

Pretty much all  Necro builds are hardcountered by long range damage. If you can do damage from 1200 - 2000 range and you have just enough mobility to stay around that range against a Necro running at you with swiftness, it will counter Necro. A decent DE, SB or DH can make life very awful for any Necro.

Vs Necro:

* Deadeye, Spellbreaker/Core Warrior/Bladesworn, 

Vs Dragonhunter:

* Condi Thief/Specter, Ranger, Condi Renegade.

Generally, more CC = better vs necro. Range counterpressure = better vs Dragonhunter. Range is also good against necro, but gives them room to cast marks/use scepter/use axe.

Как правило, больше CC = лучше против некро. Противодействие дальности = лучше, чем у Dragonhunter. Дальность также хороша против некро, но дает им возможность накладывать метки/использовать скипетр/топор.

What about revs or specter?
