GW2 Lacking Temperate Environments?

This may seem like a petty gripe, but was curious if anyone else felt the same.

As a recently returning player I was bummed to see the new expansion is going to be in the desert I already felt kind of burnt out the zones in this game feeling so... uncomfortable. It seems like the vast majority of the game is either in a jungle, semitropical farmland/coastline, dry or burnt up Centaur/Charr lands or frigid mountains. It would be nice to see some new zones with a more cool/temperate climate! Off the top of my head the few zones in the game that actually look 'comfortable' are Timberline Falls, southern Wayfarer Foothills, southern Lornar's Pass, and portions of non-trampled Harathi Hinterlands. That said, I'm glad half the zones aren't a Western Europe simulation like some other MMOs out there, but it would be nice see some temperate areas inspired by Argentina, Northern Japan/China or some non-frozen highland biomes such as the Tibetan Plateau, Scottish Highlands or the Andes. So much of the map has never even been filled in so the possibilities are endless!
