Accumulated Ley Energy Event

I'm scrathing old achivements I have not done.
I'm atm trying to complete the achivement : Hold the Line
From this event : https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Accumulated_Ley_Energy

BUT
I cant' find the spawn logic of the event.
Is there any ? Does anyone know according to their memories?

Yea you need to do the https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defeat_the_dragon_minions_before_they_absorb_too_much_ley-line_magic_(Blazeridge_Steppes) for what ever map your going for or the event you want wont spawn.

Its the same event I posted.
When does it spawn ?
The Wiki is not clear.
I might stay until the event loop resart.

It is not tho its a pre event to the event you posted.

If you are not there to complete that one the event you wont will never pop up for you.

And yes an easy way to get this is to camp said spot untill it spawns.

I finally got it !
I camped at spawn location.
After a few minutes next to a failed ''Defeat the coalescence to disperse the ley-line magic'' event.
I got the spawn and then lucky had people around helping me.
