login and authentication problems

Hi, when i try to log in to my account it says its sending an authentication code to my mobile phone but i never receive a code, was working fine before but i dont recieve it anymore, can anyone help me to sort the problem, i dont knnow what to do to fix it, wont let me log into Arenanet either.

You can contact the CS Team by sending an email to support@arena.net if you can not log into the support site.

Check to make sure your phone and computer times are synced.

Just setup sms authenticator a couple of days ago after years of avoiding it, because I knew it would be a huge hassle. I kept getting sent codes over and over again that didn't work and now I'm locked out of my account, just great.

Also I can't even get password reset emails sent to the only email I've ever used with this game so that's great too.

Getting in touch with the technical support is the only way to solve this. If many people are contacting them to report this issue, there is hope of them fixing it ASAP.

Make sure you mention that you're not the only one facing this problem.
