Experience Scrolls

Are these still available through the store or other means? returning after a VERY long hiatus and would like to spend some time re familiarizing myself with the game but don't want to start a Level 1.

Here's the options I know of:

1. If you want to skip levelling so you can check out professions/builds you can go to the PvP Lobby (Heart of the Mists) by clicking the crossed swords icon at the top of the screen. Any character you take there will be level 80 and have access to all their skills and traits - even ones they haven't unlocked for PvE yet. You can also buy cheap weapons (stats don't matter for PvP) which let you check out all the weapon skills. It doesn't actually level you up - you'll go back to your real level when you leave the Mists, but it's free and instantly available unlike all the other options so if you just want to make sure you like the character before investing a lot of time in them it's by far the best option.
2. Log into all your existing characters. If they've had 1 or more birthdays in the time you've been gone you'll get an experience scroll which can be used to instantly level up another character. The first 2 birthdays give level 20 scrolls, then 30 for the 3rd birthday, 40 for the 4th and 50 for the 5th.
3. Check your characters inventories and your bank for Tomes of Knowledge (the icon looks like a brown book). Each one gives 1 level. You'll also get more Tomes from the login rewards and from playing PvP and WvW (both of which scale you up to 80 so you can start them before levelling up).
4. If you buy Heart of Thorns or Path of Fire you get a free Level 80 boost which lets you instantly level 1 character. (If you buy both you get 2.)
5. You can buy additional level 80 boosts from the gem store, but they cost 2,000 gems and you have to have a shared inventory slot to put them in which means you either need to own Path of Fire or Heart of Thorns or you need to buy a slot for 700 gems first.
