Are most of HoT adventures bugged?

So I managed to get gold in just the one.

The gliding one in Verdant brink.

All the others seem bugged, because I keep getting/collecting enough of whatever the challenge requires for silver or gold, but it's not registering. 

Always registers just 3.

 

I've noticed a few times silver requiring 20 of something, and I did get over twenty and the score is always 3.
