Trading post animation lag depending on system load / number of things on the screen

I know you're probably aware by now, but just in case, there's an annoying trading post slowdown seemingly caused by the ingame browser not getting enough animation frames / update cycles / etc. It gets worse when you point the camera at the game world, and resolves when looking at a wall, or the floor in first person camera.

Pls fix.
