Thief Initiative Skills have no `out of energy` icon, Core/Daredevil Stolen Skill UI broken [Merged]

The `out of energy` icon now appears over Specter F2 (Enter Shadow Shroud), as noted in the patch notes.

 

This same icon is now missing from Thief's weapon skills, and skill input is no longer blocked when you lack initiative.

 

This makes it harder to tell at a glance which skills are available to cast, and trying to cast such skills without enough initiative can block the auto-cast of skill 1.

 

Lastly, the Stolen Skill UI for Core/Daredevil is missing until you Steal/Swipe from your target. This isn't a big deal but we're not sure if it's intentional. Link

My skills on all thief specs pop up as useable even when I don't have enough initiative. (They're not) but it's rather confusing. Please fix /pray

There used to be that little grey background [F2 skill] where stolen skills displays but It's gone now for Core Thief, Daredevil and Deadeye. There's only a blank space in its place. After using Steal on enemy, stolen skill appear correctly but then then disappear again when you use that stolen skill.

All main Thief skills are bugged, they do not show cooldown, if you use them they seems to be available again instantly but obviously they don't works.

Can confirm on the UI issue of weapon skills not showing no energy. Kept dying trying to activate skills only to sit there like an idiot wondering why my skills weren't working. Then I noticed that even when you run out of initiative, the weapon skills are showing they can still be used. PLEASE fix this. It's hard enough to play a Thief fast paced and having to check your skills and movement, but now having to look at your initiative constantly to know for sure if you have enough to use a weapon skill? Come on!
