Core burst and primal burst CD not shared but bugged

You can cast core burst then chain into primal burst just fine.

but If you exist berserk mode when primal burst is on CD, core burst goes on a cooldown of 8 seconds, which is higher then primal burst cooldown.

and it is additive, if you exist berserk mode with primal burst having 1 second cooldown left, core burst would be 3 seconds cooldown left, etc.

That's not been my experience. I've had multiple times when I enter berserk mode but my primary burst is on CD (presumably because I recently used the core burst on the same weapon).I can't say that I've noticed the reverse happening when I leave berserk mode, but I'd have to look closer to be sure.
