It's not bonus concentration per active boon, it's bonus damage per active boon and then, separately, bonus concentration (flat 120 conc). Given how English works, the tooltip is unclear and can be read in multiple ways. You're not the first to see it this way or be confused. They should rewrite it to: "Gain concentration.
