As compensation for this more PvE focused Deadeye can we see Quickness Party generation be added to Fire for Effect. Original: Hitting your marked target with a stolen skill grants 8 Might (12s), Fury (12s) to allies around your mark and to allies around you. Buffed: Hitting your marked target with a stolen skill grants 8 Might (12s), Quickness (6s) to allies around your mark and to allies around you.
