At the rate ppl are going on about these things you never see scepter being used at all sadly that not going to realy deal with catalyst more make them shift to using hammer in some ways a better wepon already. That was kind of the point of scepter buffs to put it on par with hammer. At least dragon tooth is delayed Triple Sear is not.
