What universe are you from? This skill never had an evade. You can check the version history.

Regarding your point though, necro doesnt need active defenses. It needs better sustain and mobility to maintain shroud defense.

Death charge already apply blind which is nice against everything that isn't a defiant foe.

Which lead us back to the everlasting issue of necromancer having a natural disadvantage against the defiance mechanism.

You might be using it wrong. Death's Charge is designed as a gap closer/mobility skill, and it destroys projectiles in the direction you use it. Since this thread is about PvE, it also has incredible synergy with your trait choices. It can potentially blind, chill, bleed, give vulnerability, and corrupt boons all in a single attack. It's incredibly powerful already.

I'm not using it wrong. In open world i agree partially. But projectile destruction is totally garbage for instanced endgame content. Rather let other people use reflects to increase dps. For power reaper you want to use it near the hitbox to let all the strikes hit.

You are speaking about condi reaper or alternative builds. Power Reaper has no benefit of this.
