WhiteSmoke.5926 Posted July 2, 2023 Share Posted July 2, 2023 I tried to reinstall the game. I reinstall windows but it continue to crash at various moment often in Gyala Delve but not only there. Screen of the crash's message (in french) Basicaly the message said "Guild Wars 2 has encountered a fatal graphics driver error and must terminate." Did you check for gpu driver updates too? The error message about unrecoverable error happens when the game is waiting for the graphics driver. You're probably going to have a difficult time getting support because the minimum system requirements for GW2 were updated. They're listing AMD Radeon HD 7970 cards which were released about a year after yours.
