Then Provide Heal and Ultimate skills for Core that are missing (would love a phantasm/clone heal and ultimate skills for Mesmer). Then obviously removing the Elite restriction on all Utilities. This would really help some more minor utilities get used. I'm thinking the Glyph pull (glyph of tides) from Druid which is not very useful for a healing Elite.
