High Ping / Rubber banding - solution VPN ?

Hi,

I had  search info about VPN and there is no final answer, nowadays if i join any meta event, my ping from 250 fly to 4900 ping, had try different method flush DNS, using open DNS as well not working, the ping was so high until i get disconnected, is GW2 allow using VPN ? with thought VPN i am totally F***k up    normal ping 244-250 non meta, meta 4900 -6900 ping is not playable at all and Rubber banding.  Hope tech support can provide solution., cant tolerate this anymore.

VPN and GPN are two different things. Most players incl. me use WTFast or Exitlag which is a Gaming Private Network (GPN). Feel free to research the differences on your own time, but my personal advice is: Use GPN at your own risk, stay out of VPN.

Any GPN free to use ?  

Change ISP, not a solution, since my area bandwidth high slightly congested, ( solution shift house )

^^^^  I get 210-225ms latency with exit lag; am in SEA too.
