For me it is the shoop kryptis from platforms that doesn't complete. I've done that event five times and yet... no completion.

Help Livia escort the relics by shooting at Kryptis from the magic platforms is bugged. I've done this one many times, killed tons of Kryptis and have still not received credit.

I have been going crazy trying to complete the even thinking I have done something wrong - completed at least 7 times in the last week or so and still nothing

While standing on the platform a new bundle containing a sniper rifle becomes accessible via the special action key. It is useful for killing the floating Kryptis and Kryptis sharpshooters.

The platforms can permanently disappear if they are damaged heavily, but only a minimum of one platform has to arrive at the Bastion of Knowledge for a successful completion.
