Repair magical barriers at the Beacon of Ages bugged?

This is required for the mastery point for Protector of Beacon of Ages and Garenhoff.  The event never spawns.  Galrath the Undying has 2 dialogues, neither of which starts the event.  The box never appears.

Edited for those who are confused.  My wife and I waited, on opposite maps for this event to spawn for 6 hours.  It did not spawn on either map during that time.  And, as the universe would have it, the event spawned on my wife's map 20 minutes after I posted this.  /shrug

I'm having this issue now. Spent over an hour in one instance of the map waiting for it to pop. Hopped to a different IP, and now an hour and a half later, still no Galrath event.

Anyone know the secret to getting it to happen? No luck after checking for several days.

Having this problem now, trying to do it for Sorrow's Lost and it is just not spawning ever.
