Maybe you have to have a certain mastery from Central Tyria unlocked. I am shooting but one thing I am certain of that You are supposed.to have access to this recipes all the time. I would advice You to contact support team, and still observe this topic, maybe I have missed something and someone smarter than me will find solution. And during waiting for an answer, check what components You will need for your quaggan friend, and start collecting them already. I am sure members of the support will be more than willing to help You resolve this if this is a bug or guide You with the right directions if this is some other thing. The Wiki shows you can purchase the Recipe:Trust from Grandmaster Hobbs. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Grandmaster_Craftsman_Hobbs#Weapon_Recipes First-tier precursor weapon recipes always available. Astralporing.1957 Posted September 23, 2023 Share Posted September 23, 2023 Unlike the four original 2.0 weapons, the recipes for 2.5 precursors (all stages) are in the 5th tab. Notice, that the further stages unlock for sale only when you craft the previous stage.
