Batel.9206 Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 (edited) It's not an outfit, but some medium armor pieces! Pretty sure it's the following... Chest is Seeker. Legs are the medium Luminous armor (birthday reward, year 6 and up). Gloves are Leyline Vambraces (given that everyone's hands - and necks - are blue, I'm guessing the people posing are a group of sylvari). Boots are the new meta reward, the Clawing Shadow Greaves.
