Fueki.4753 Posted November 24, 2023 Share Posted November 24, 2023 (edited) Do you use the trait Ambidexterity in the Wilderness Survival trait line? Did you check the cooldown in WvW? If the answers to both questions are yes, than your 12 seconds are accurate. The cooldown is different in all modes, with it being 10 seconds in PvE, 15 seconds in WvW and 25 seconds in sPvP. With Ambidexterity, those cooldowns get reduced to 8 seconds in PvE, 12 seconds in WvW and 20 seconds in sPvP.
