As in logical Sense if you are in combat your are getting adrenaline flowing through your body specially when hitting attacks. As in game mechanic i understand they want a class that becomes stronger the more it fights but keeping adrenaline as a rare resource that is only viable when using an weapon that can multi nit since to fully charge your bar you need 30 hits. signet of rage is bland and adrenaline gain is negligible, hammer mastery is good adrenaline gain but is bad if you not running hammer or mace (i would put adrenaline gain on stun on a minor trait), arms adrenaline gain when immobilizing is good but against I would put in an minor traits, and cleansing bust adrenaline gain should be baseline.
