Everytime I try to send a ticket the site asks me to log in and takes me to the personal info area and never to the ticket page. If you are asking to have an item restored, you can send an email to 'support@arena.net' as suggested on the 'Trouble Logging In' article linked on the main page and 'Submit a Ticket' page.
