would it be possible to nerf the stability generation of guard to allow other supports to shine?

The best way is for classes to have something unique that is desireable.

Engineers being good at buffing with swiftness and other kinda stuff makes sense.

Warriors should give something that is desired in buff that is really desired.I remember when banners were wanted an supposedly now they got alac and quickness but it doesn't stand up to others that needs to be improved.

 

Necros should give barrier maybe leach should heal while damaging enemies and i dunno.

Mesmers need some love in the past they were kings of alac and quickness and have lagged behind since.
