seeker.5089
Greetings! This will be my first post here at the forums, so I sure hope I did it right! I've been obsessed with GW2 for over half a year now, and have several characters with lvl 80 and a couple with 100% map completion. I just can't get enough of the game! I am a 3D & Animation student, and when we entered the theme revolving zBrush and 3D sculpting characters from games, we were allowed to choose the character we wanted to make ourselves. I chose Tybalt Leftpaw whom I found very likeable in the storymode (almost cried when he appeared in HoT's story).Seeing as I had some experience with sculpting from before, I wanted something with clothes so I could practice that... And boy did I get the chance to do so! GW2 has very unique clothing, so it took me quite a long time to replicate the look. 1.5 weeks for sculpting, 1 week for textures. Retopology was done with zRemesher since we had very little time available to us - sadly. It did cause some issues with the low poly model (it had to be below 40k) - though hopefully it doesn't look too bad for my first attempt at a full-on character in 3D!3/4FrontSide(didn't manage to post them live - sorry about that!)And finally, a sketchfab link if you want to rotate it. The topology is quite bad, so I can't imagine you would want to look at that... ^^;

Exeq.9132
Awesome, a friend of mine cries everytime something features Tybalt, so I try to get her a mini figure. Is it possible to somehow 3D Print your work? And if so would you allow me to do so?GreetingsÆxeq - an Order of Whispers fellow :)
seeker.5089
Thanks guys! Really appreciate the feedback! :) Hopefully I can do some more fansculpts in the future. The model itself is now downloadable on sketchfab. Not optimized for neither rigging/animating nor 3D printing, but if you see a use for it, by all means go ahead!
