Is there a problem with the API? Wiki features failing and others

Since this morning I've been getting a CORS error when using the personal story wiki. I've created a new API key, but when I use the page https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Personal_story it fails to load. Looking in the web developer tools I can see the call to api.guildwars2. com fails with a CORS error, followed by a NS_ERROR_NET_TIMEOUT

Also https://gw2efficiency.com/account/overview has not worked for me today and shows the same errors when trying to change or checkl the api key.

This was all working last night.

I play via STEAM and there was a small update this morning, possibly unrelated.

I just tested both links with API keys for a Steam and a Non-Steam account.. both keys worked fine for me.

Got a guildy getting issues with API keys on things like GW2 Efficiency. I have also tested my API keys and while most are fine there are a few that are now not valid on the wiki and they have been working for ages without issue, SO might there be some issue with it or are ANET doing some work with it and its maybe messed up some of the progression parts of the system because that's what I am seeing.
