Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds Launch Week Known Issues

Hello Tyria and welcome to Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds launch week! We are going to be keeping a close eye out for any problems you may run into, and I’ll be tracking them here for the first few days. If you encounter an issue in the game, visit our game bugs subforum to report it. Keep an eye on our game update notes subforum for the latest game updates!

Known Issues

• We have temporarily disabled the ability to craft the Wayfinders Versatile Table while we address an issue.
• Tier 1 rifts in Lowland Shore are scaling higher than intended.
• Some players are experiencing a game crash upon entering the "Attend the Tyrian Alliance Meeting" story instance. 
• During the Decima world boss encounter, the Eruption of Rot effect can stay with a player when they use a jade bot personal waypoint.
• The progress bar and timer during the Gather Electricity event can sometimes fail to progress after Mist Tide.
• Audio is not working properly for some homestead decorations.
• The last Bloodstone Elemental Mauler does not disappear after the “kill bloodstone elementals” event.
• Some miniatures added with Janthir Wilds are missing audio.  
• Titan world boss Greer will occasionally remain frozen in a T-pose after entering the warclaw phase of the encounter.
• Entering decorating mode in your homestead with an engineer kit equipped does not automatically unequip the kit. Players can resolve this by manually dropping it

Resolved Issues

• We have temporarily removed the recipe for the Potted Djinn's Tongue homestead decoration while we address an issue.
• In the "Diplomacy and Discover" story step, the lost cub is not appearing for some players.
• We have temporarily removed the Warclaw Kitten Tonic from Kodan Caches while we address an issue.
• We have temporarily disabled the ability to purchase White Mantle Portal Devices while we address an issue.
• We've temporarily disabled the use of Glyph of the Scavenger for the Farm Storebox in player homesteads while we address an issue. 
• Greer and Decima will improperly cancel their Warclaw phase upon players completing the other Titan's warclaw phase.
• The exit to Lowland Shore in player homesteads is not functioning. 
• Some players are not receiving Twitch Drops that they have earned. Customer Support will be sending missing Twitch Drops to all affected players . Full details here. 
• Some vendors and chests are requesting/rewarding Unusual Coins rather than Ancient Coins.
• We have temporarily disabled the automatic conversion of Green Prophet Shards to Blue Prophet Shards due to a crash issue. Once the issue is resolved, unconverted Green Prophet Shards will automatically convert the next time you log in. 
• Adventures in Lowland Shore and Janthir Sintri do not give experience upon completion.
• After many rifts have opened in a map, the cooldown for new rifts may stall, preventing players from opening rifts.
• Conduits will sometimes fail to appear for players during the Decima encounter in Janthir Sintra. 
• We have temporarily disabled the ability for players to interact with Conjured Doorways that they do not own while we address an issue.
• Players are unable to interact with one of the books in the Moonlit Reading achievement. 
• Some gem store banners do not direct players to the correct item when clicked. 
• In Lowland Shores, if you complete the Harvest Den renown heart before completing the Hunting Outpost renown heart, the conversation window with Vast Caldera (Hunting Outpost Renown Heart NPC) will close immediately upon opening it. This can be fixed by completing the Hunting Outpost renown heart normally, then talking to Vast Caldera again.
• The Warclaw Run adventure's first checkpoint becomes non-responsive when attempted after completing the race event. Players can resolve the issue by changing maps or relogging.
• Lowland Shore Adventures: Players who exit certain race events after the first checkpoint will experience a stall in adventure progression until the event concludes.
• Some of the books in the “Life in the Lowlands” achievement are not registering correctly.
• When using the Skysteel Glider, it currently appears directly under the player instead of performing its intended fly-in animation.
• Some rifts in Lowland Shore do not summon enough minions when activated.
