[Blocking progress] Made 28 slots inventory bag and soulbound for my main character and impossible to upgrade to 32 slots bag on other character that crafted previously.

Greetings,

I'll explain the situation here for how it went recently:
My main character A that I used a lot for farming, PvE contents et cetera that it got multiple inventory upgrades in the past times, especially for the inventory bag slots. After the release of Janthir Wilds, it got one inventory bag slot added for my character recently. This character doesn't had the leatherwork profession but 3 different professions maxed out. I've my character B that had leatherwork profession at maxed out level to craft the bags for my main character.

The character B with the maxed out leatherwork profession made 28 and 32 slots bags for character A after I ran out of money. I put both items in the back and picked up by the main character A to equip these. The 32 slots bag that didn't got the notification to soulbound it hence why account bound, the 28 slots bag got the notification window to accept to soulbound it and I did it yes.

I was surprised and wasn't expecting this result as I tried to upgrade the main character's 28 slots bag to 32 slot bags one on character B for a later time, fully blocking this progress. I was stuck for now.

Figured out later:
20 slots bag is NOT bound, unrestricted.
24 and 28 slots bags are ACCOUNT BOUND and SOULBOUND ON USE.
32 slots bag is ACCOUNT BOUND.

I completely lost my mood to continue this. It really make NO SENSE to make an another 32 slots bag straight out of the crafting station for more MONEY SINK. I simply can't add leatherwork profession for my main character too which it's an another material, money and time sink I won't do that.

Related to many other 24 and 28 slots bags that are affected as well.

The easiest solution to fix this is to remove SOULBOUND ON USE on 24 and 28 slots bags because these are already account bound. Making it possible to craft/upgrade from 24/28 to 32 bag on crafter that give it back to one of your preferred characters within your account without any restriction.

I would be glad and hoping ArenaNet read and address this issue.

EDIT: Changed from SOULBOUND ON AQUIRE to SOULBOUND ON USE for more clarification.

Weren't there a few vendors who could exchange soulbound bags for account bound ones?

only for the original 32-slot bags, which were Soulbound-on-use when originally released (as a note, OP keeps mentioning Soulbound-on-acquire, none of these bags have had that function, they're all soulbound-on-use)
