Annoying limitations on where you can use the homestead door

I initially expected to use it anywhere you could use any similar travel device: special area passes, portal stones, LW3/4 and IBS tomes, etc...  which is nearly everywhere.  

NOPE.

Can't use it if you are too close to a JP and in a "no mount" zone (seriously Anet????) UNLESS you stand outside of the zone and then you create the portal doorway in it!  Seriously dumb limitation.

Can't use it to leave an instance, or Guild Hall or places like the Mist Lock Sanctuary, all places you can use any other travel portal/tome/whatever

 

There's no reason for these limitations.

I mean you say that, buuut, for years people have been complaining they have too many portal scroll.

So for the homestead, you get no scroll, to please the complaining customer about too many of them you see... 

How much would you pay right now for a scroll to the homestead? Hum? Hum? Hum?

If I was Anet I'd 100% do this to get back at the ungrateful bastards 😂
