I have been waiting for this event to spawn for DAYS (real time) and no luck. Are there special circumstances that are needed for this event to spawn?Is it on a timer and it IS bugged?Does anyone know if there is a pre-event needed to trigger this?The wiki has no information as to HOW to trigger it or WHEN it triggers.The only other way to get this achievement is by saving citizen from being burned at the stake by white mantle, which can only be accomplished if the meta event at Saidra's Haven fails. THIS META EVENT NEVER FAILS. Every day I check on this multiple times throughout and it is always under Seraph control. This is the most frustrating achievement ever. The quaggan didn’t have an event icon above his head but all I needed to do was talk to him to start it. Once I talked to him, then the event icon popped up.
