Is this actually a problem? Not really, since anything that gives Evade frames is basically the same as an invuln.2 depends on values. Nourishing Rot certainly isn't OP, even if it is meta for PvP.3 would probably be fine, but it does bring up the question on how precisely it should work with AoE applications (like CPC). And invul like that would be so valuable that a reaper would only want to shroud just for the invul, since going into shroud for any other reason would be wasting the invul.
