RabbitUp.8294 Posted February 10, 2018 Share Posted February 10, 2018 Firebrand healer was already in a weird spot in pve, but with the nerf of Tome of Courage reducing aegis access (and thus Pure of Heart's effectiveness), it's even worse than before. The regen change was good for mace, but if anything, druid benefits the most, since they are guaranteed to grant regen to 10 targets now, which make their astral force generation extremely fast and reliable so that it can be used on cooldown.Meanwhile, Tome of Resolve has 40s cd to CA's 10s. At the very least, Battle Presense should grant a 20% cd reduction to Virtue of Resolve. With it competing with Indomitable Courage, it will be hard to choose in pvp/wvw, but pve FB will have a reason to not default to Permeating Wrath.
